Streaming with QuickTime Broadcaster does not work outside my local network?

Hi everyone!
I use Quicktime broadcaster 1.5.3.

I managed to stream to another mac which is using the same router for internet connection, so I inserted 192.168.1.50 in the address field and everything worked perfectly.
Then I tried to stream it to another network, so I asked my friend to tell me the result of http://www.ip-adress.com/IP_adresse/ which is supposed to say the ROUTER addresse.
But with that addresse, is not working....where is my error?

the router addresse is not the right one to write in?
is there any problem with firewall for them?
