I see several "health trackers" advertise functions that is said to give you indication or a score on how stressed you are, how rested you are, whether you should do a hard exercise or prioritize recuperation.

Is it possible to get the same info from an Apple Watch and can it be trusted to be fairly accurate?

It depends on what you think is fairly accurate. I guess this is why Apple is implementing only things they're very certain about. If you want to get info for your sleep id recommend Rise and I use Training Today to know if my body is good enough for the exercise today.

The app Gentler Streak gives you an overview over important measurements during the night and is build around an “activity path”, that takes into account how much exercise you had the days before.

I have no way of knowing how accurate the measurements are. I feel like the results correlate with how I’m doing.
