iOS string encoding

Hi all,
in my programe i am geeting some data from server which is in xml format,
we are using NSUTF8StringEncoding,even after using this encoding we are not able to encode data correctly.Following is the data received from server.
<item id="80881" name="Black Skinned Case Holster Combo Pack for Blackberry�® 8120/ 8130 Series" qty="1" status="available" />
</items>

name = "Black Skinned Case Holster Combo Pack for Blackberry�® 8120/ 8130 Series" is not getting encoded.
which encoding do i need to use.
