Since you do not have any past threads to use for determining what exact MBP you have, maybe tell us what exact MBP you have and what you may have done with it.
I suppose warranty is out of the question?

RAM, did you upgrade RAM?
OS X Upgrade or not?
Does it happen on external screen?
Are you doing anything on the MBP or does it also happen when idle?
Does it happen in a new clean User Account?

It is MBP mid 2010.
I upgraded my RAM to 8 Gb. It is often happen when I connect tv through hdmi-minidisplay port, but it isn't neccesary to happen. On the external screen it is normal. I have 10.8.4 OS.

If it is not happening on an external display it is probably the cable to the display (Loose connector-faulty cable) or the display itself.
