hi everyone,

i tried to install windows 7 on my mac mini today, it all went though well until the black screen with "press any key to boot from CD or DVD". I tried to restart the mac mini and press alt/option or even the apple logo key, nothing happen while it's starting :( i tried reinstalling the OS X disk too, but it failed. http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3173 <--- i tried this too, but it doesn't work.
if i restart it and put the windows 7 disk in, it shows up a black screen with "press any key to boot from CD or DVD".

Please help me :(:(

Does your keyboard have an "any" key? If not then you are sorely out of luck until you get one that does :(

(On a slightly more serious note, what type of Mac Mini do you have?)

Mac mini/2.66Ghz/2x4G rams/2x500 GB hard disk

hmm. Just make it clear that while the "press any key to boot from CD or DVD", no matter i press anything, nothing will ever happen...:(

Have you checked the windows disc on another computer? If so, did it work properly on that computer?
