I've tried 3 different bands - sport band, sport loop and Milanese (after market). All of these seem to fit okay but they all will leave either an impression or literally a ring of matted hair and sweat after sleeping with them on for a night. I do this as I use a sleep tracker. Wake up and there's a large imprint of the watch which takes about 20 mins to go way after I take it off.

Now I have it decently tight but not so tight that it won't move up and down my arm at times and almost rotate completely around. This is the problem. I don't want it shuffling around up close to my hand and then later falling on the other side of the wrist bone towards my elbow. I just can't find an option that doesn't irritate me in some way if I wear it for more than an hour or so. I prefer it to stay on the other side of the bone (whether walking, running or sitting) but don't want to strangle my wrist in the process.

I used to wear watches all the time but it's been a while and I can't find a comfortable option here. Any suggestions?

edit: The watch is Series 4 and 44mm. I bought this from a friend but actually just thought about maybe the size is the issue. Measured my wrist and not snug it's just at 7" which seems to suggest that I should use a smaller watch. This maybe the problem?
