Stuck at white screen

Hi guys!

I need some help with my 1 year old MBP, i just installed the latest update from Apple, and the computer had to restart. Now im stuck at the white screen at the startup with the Apple logo on it, and i am stuck there.
Do you have any idea what i could do?
