My mother has a Mac Mini, 2006-ish (Core Duo 1.66, 32 bit), which until recently worked fine and is more than enough for my mother. Now when she tried to start it it got stuck right before the login screen appears. The computer is running Team Viewer so I can help her fix stuff, and it does show up in Team Viewer. Can't connect though.
After trying safe mode and many other things, I reinstalled OS X 10.6. 40 minutes later it booted, and worked. That is until the computer is restarted, then it hangs again.
Any ideas what could be wrong?
