iPod Stuck/Dead (not sure) pixels on screen

I have a collection of stuck/dead (I know some are stuck, but others I'm unsure of) pixels on my 30gb iPod Video 5th gen usually in a horizontal line towards the bottom of the screen. Their positions change every time I turn it on, and sometimes there are more and sometimes there are less, but it's always around the same line. Can anyone help or at least explain the moving stuck/dead pixels?
