Stuck disc

I am having trouble ejecting a stubbon disc from an iMac.. A constant/loud whirling sound from the drive.

I have tried holding down button on start up, right click and "Eject", drag to trash, and even Terminal command: drutil eject, and from Disk Utility.

None of these worked.

Any info ?
