Stuck during windows installation

I am in a pickle. I wanted to install xp through boot camp but something went wrong. I created a partition with boot camp and when I went to go install xp through boot camp the partition wasn't there. I thought I would just get out of the windows installer and redo the partition. Now I am stuck and can't even get back to os x. When I use the option key to select boot drive it only shows windows. I just want to get back to the way it was before I had the bright idea of putting windows on. I even am fully backed up with time machine.
