If you are on the pallet in hong kong thats stuck in fedex limbo call apple cs.
They explained that there is a shipment that is stuck, and unfortunately my order was on that pallet. She said they wished they could just tell them to hurry up but there wasnt much they could do, but couldnt They offered to credit me for my smartcover and issued a full refund for it, which in my opinion is really above and beyond since it is out of their control at this time.
The CS said a reasonable expectation would be to have the ipad by friday, fedex is still showing march 23 by 430 pm.
