I have an iPhone that was dropped in water and is no longer booting up (screen stays black). iTunes will recognize it in DFU/recovery mode but I can't connect to the phone to do a backup or copy the pictures/videos off of it.

Is there any services that can either fix the phone and keep the data or find a way to get the pictures and video off the phone?

Much depends on what got damaged when it got wet. Not being able to get into recovery mode is bad news.

I hope you had current backups.
