Stuck In Recovery Mode

All Help Greatly Appreciated
Started with iphone 4 , jb andrunning 4.01 and wanted to upgrade to 4.3.
I used new jb ,greenpoison, then snowbreeze, all the while wyj tiny umbrella running in background.Itunes looked as though restore was going through until error 1013.I tried to kick out of recovery via tiny umbrella, but no luck.
If I allow Itunes to do complete restore,will I then be able to re-jailbreak?

it was happening to me for a while and then on like the 5th or 6th time it worked...
