Stuck in Safe Mode after REdSnow 4.3.1 JB

Hello. I have a GSM iphone 4 and I have previosuly been JB on 4.2.1. I just followed the iclarified instructions using redsnow to JB on 4.3.1. Now, I am stuck in Safe Mode. I've tried rebooting many times to no avail. I am also getting the 404 errors in Cydia for 4 different repos.

Any thoughts about how I can get out of safe mode?

I encountered the same thing. I deleted Smartscreen lite app downloaded from Cydia. Then Safe Mode was off the instant it deleted the app. Hope this helps

well i dont get stuck in safe mode, i can just reboot the iphone and everything is ok again,

but sometime when i receive call, it will turn in the safe mode
