So I rebooted my Mac from TimeMachine and once I was finished it restarted.

But now it's been stuck on the Apple Spinning screen after the restart and I have no idea what to do.

Please help.

Stuck on Apple loading screen

I had that same problem too. I tried rebooting with no success and I finally ended up taking it to the Genius bar. At first they thought that it was a hardware glitch and told me that the hard drive needed to be replaced and when they did a thorough diagnostic, they found it only to be a software glitch. They replaced the software and it has been running fine ever since. I have a 2010 13 inch Mac Book Pro. It is possible that you may be having the same problem as well. Good luck in resolving your issue. I hope that it is a minor problem.
