Stuck on Apple Logo

Hi all,

I really need help. I have a iPhone 4 that is iOS 4.0 and baseband 01.59.00 and I would like it to be 4.2.1 and preserve the baseband. How should I go about this if my phone is stuck on the Apple logo?
