Stuck on black screen while boot camp on osx 10.11.6

Hey guys I need some help,

So I was trying to boot camp my Mac Pro using a second HDD, when during the first restart it got stuck in a black screen with a blinking underscore. The problem I am having is that I change my graphics card to a Nvidia Quadro 5600 and i don't get a boot screen.

I don't have anything important so i'm ok with erasing everything if i have to, but i can get anything to work.

any suggestions?

Specs
Mac Pro 2008 3,1
Memory 12gb
bay 1 - HDD 1tb running OSX 10.11.6 El Capitan
bay 2 - HDD 1tb ( trying to get win 7 on this one)
Nvidia quadro 5600
