Stuck on bootcamp windows resume loader

My MBP ran out of battery yesterday and when I plugged it back in, I'm stuck on the windows resume loader screen. The keyboard has power, I can plug a usb keyboard into it and there is power going to it as I'm able to press caps lock and it lights up. BUT I am not able to press enter or use the arrows to go up or down on either keyboards and its basically stuck. What can I do?

No, the windows resume loader doesn't time out and auto select.

Hmm that's weird, have you tried restarting it multiple times?

Tried turning the comp off and it starts back to the same screen
