iPod touch Stuck on connect to itunes screen

My ipod would not connect to my itunes so i tried rebooting my ipod and then restoring my ipod on itunes. All was good until i got the error of 1611 saying i couldnt be restored. Now my ipod is stuck on the connect to itunes screen? please help really need my ipod tomorrow
