I was messing around with the Accessibility Shortcuts on my Iphone 11, and I turned on Guided Access, I just looked at what it'd do, it locks you on a certain app until turned off. At the time I was playing a puzzle game known as, "Blackbox". I go to turn Guided Access off and it asks for my password, this wouldn't be a problem if it weren't for the fact that I have a 4-digit password, it's asking for a 6-digit password. I tried to seek help from Official Apple Support but I can't log into my Apple ID due to it asking for verification from my phone, which is locked onto Blackbox.

Hi when you set up guided access in accessibility there's an option to set a guided access pass code and it would be whatever you set it to. I will find where this is on my iPhone. If you don't remember what you set it to, then the official apple response is to restore the device through iTunes on windows or an older mac or the finder on catelina or newer. if you need more help with this, please feel free to post a follow-up and I'll find KB articles or just write up how to do it.
