iPod touch Stuck On Restore And Itunes Wont Recognize Itouch 8g

I have tried everything uninstalled all components from apple held down all types of buttons on itouch, nothing is seeming to work, i DO have the usbaapl.sys BUT i dont kno if it is my computer but the itouch cant seem to recognize it. my computer detects the new hardware but its not installed any advice at all?? First of all, could you please specify your iTouch?
What generation is it?
How old is it?
Why did you have to restore?
Do you still have your warranty on it?
If so, send it to Apple or take into an Apple Store.
