Stuck on “Skip ad” for MacPostFactor- On OSX Lion

Stuck on skip ad in OSX Lion, trying to install MacPostFactor. Opened with disc image mounter, tried every version!

Dude this was in June lol. title says Lion and I don’t have that Mac anymore.. I use a 2016 12” now

I have the same problem and I can't install MacOS El Capitan. Does anyone have the solution?
