Stuck Pixels on my Digital Camera (LCD)

The pictures don't show em, but it does get a little annoying when trying to take a picture or looking through my pictures on the LCD screen. It's a Kodak M1033, bought it a few years back. Is there anyway I can "unstick" these pixels? One is Blue and one is Yellow, so at least they aren't dead.
