AAAAAARRRGHH!!! This is driving me crazy!!! I have to do a Time Machine backup but inexplicably it won't get past 32,92 Gigabytes!
I checked and formatted multiple times the destination disk, once even with a 7-passages method (more than a day long) and still no way!!
(Well... actually before that it stopped at 32,91 GB. Now it stops 0,01 GB later. Big deal!)
Anyway... what's the problem, here? Can anybody help me?
I'll try and find another external disk and see if the problem is in the one I'm using right now, but I can't imagine why it would stop accepting data at a specific point. It makes no sense so I'm leaning towards thinking the problem is in the source. (The Mac I'm trying to backup, that is...)

Gimme some advice, pleeeeeaze!!

Thanks!

Oh, and if I stop the backup process and start over... it will do it inching slowly kilobyte after kilobyte!! I'm not kidding... I really mean KILObyte!
Needless to say it's ****ing useless, that way.
What gives?
The source disk seems ok... although many permissions seem to be wrong even though I try and repair them, they still pop up wrong at the next check.

Any thoughts?
Maybe using a different program to clone the disk?
