Stuck with iOS 8.0.1 downloaded, but not installed.

Hi, I downloaded iOS 8.0.1 last night, but then when it came to press the install button, it had clearly been taken down and doesn't verify anymore, so I can't install it.

But now my phone has the 1 badge on the settings icon, and I can't check for further system updates as I have to install iOS 8.0.1 first (which won't install).

Any way of clearing the system update it's downloaded?

assuming when 8.0.2 comes out, it will just download that and replace it.

The red "1" badge will remain over the Settings icon even after deleting the IOS 8.0.1 from your phone. At least on my iPhone 6S it remains.

Yea, I've got the 1 stuck there as well. Silly Apple Ah well, at least we can check for updates and should be sorted once the next (hopefully working!) update comes out
