Student Discount for iPhone 3gs

As ^^ stated, there is no discount on the phone itself. However, if you are in the US and, therefore, on AT&T it would be worth looking in to whether or not you can get a FAN discount through your school for a bit off monthly service.
Actually, this depends on the agreement reached with the particular company or university getting the discount. My employers discount is 25% off of everything, including voice, data, and messaging plans.

If you are talking about FAN discounts they will apply to anything, as far as I know.
Ah, didn't know that. I'm using the discount through my school and it was only 15% off of the voice plan.

The FAN applies to the entire Family Plan. But the person who gets the discount has to be the Main Account Holder.
+1 ^^^ on the FAN discount. You'll receive a discount on your AT&T plan that you select....

If your school or employer offers a discount off AT&T service, it is called a FAN. You'll have to ask them yourself.
Thanks for the help i found it on atts website... This is good now when i get my phone it will be less not alot but any little bit helps
I hope you're talking about College students. The last thing I need to see is a 16 year old at the At&t showing his school ID trying to get his parents a discount.
Sorry for the delay; but as other posters have mentioned just show your school ID or employment ID or pay stub and they'll (AT&T) get you setup after they locate your FAN Code. I think it's a five-digit number, but I may be wrong. Enjoy your FAN discount....
