Student Promo offered with refurbished models?

I'm pretty sure I already know the answer to this question, but wanted to post here to be certain:

Do students who purchase refurbished macs still receive a free iPod Touch?

I'm asking because I'm thinking about buying a refurbished unibody macbook this summer.

No they don't qualify.

I pulled this off ehmac.ca.

Refurbished Apple Computers do not qualify. Mac Mini does not qualify.
