Student Union in UK - where is it?

OK, what time does Apple usually update its website? It's after 9am and still no sign of the (rumoured) Student Union promotion.

I wanna order my iBook!

I don't see it... And if this is true, Apple will be getting a very angry email from me since I ordered an iBook last week after being told there were no plans to bring this promotion to the UK.
