students....wondering if there is an app...

I have an app on my iPhone which stores all my class info and homework etc etc. I was wondering if there was something similar for the mac, even one that possibly syncs with an app for the iPhone? I just like to keep track of everything and whilst iCal is ok its not quite what im looking for...

anyone know of anything?

Id be willing to change to any app that had a desktop client equivalent that syncs. just makes stuff so much easier
