Hey all,
Obviously I know The 5,1 Mac Pro does not have any thunderbolt ports, nor does my VEGA 56 I have in the computer. My problem is basically that I have a 30 inch apple cinema display, a 27 inch Apple Cinema Display and a 27 inch Apple Studio display. Obviously the studio is leaps and bounds better and I stopped really using it as my video editing work has died down quite a bit. So now it's just laying around along with my laptop. I play games on the Mac Pro once in a while and was wondering if maybe there's a thunderbolt PCIE card or some other workaround to get the Studio display working on a classic Mac Pro. Even if it was only at 4K resolution or something.
Probably not but figured I would ask!
