Studio monitors pick up feedback when I'm scrolling windows

I'm using an M-AUDIO FireWire 410 with a pair of KRK Rokit 5s, balanced outputs. Usually I have the monitors turned down to -20dB, but anywhere above -6dB, even when my interface volume is set low, I get some buzz when I'm scrolling windows in Safari, etc. Is this a normal kind of problem?

The FW410 has unbalanced outputs, so the connection between the two won't be balanced.

Regardless, this is a common issue, and one I've often solved by adding a power supply to the interface. Did yours come with a power brick?
