It wasn't just salmon, it was across a wide vareity of fish that had incread PCBs and pesticides in farm raised fish.

Though the shellfish may have been a lot better, along with some select fishies.

I looked before for the charts that somebody had put together on fish and shellfish, but the paper had dropped it from their online search.
 
I usually go for tuna whenever there's a choice about it, but maybe once or twice a month (at most) I do salmon. I read this article the other day about the pollutants found in farmraised salmon. It's at least something that can be taken care of, with the proper measures.
