1. Control Click on a File and click "Get Info"
or Highlight a file and hit Command + I

2. Under "Open With" Select a Different Program and then click "Change All"

I actually had to double click on it to get a prefs window and then deselect all.

I would use Stuffit Expander. It works perfectly fine for me.

Stuffit is best, the Unarchiver doesn't handle password correctly, and can't open .sit archives.

I have been using Stuffit Expander for a long time now, and I just bought a MacBook Pro, so I loaded it with The Unarchiver, and all I can say is WOW! It is so much faster than Stuffit and feels less bloated. I would highly recommend it because I haven't run into any problems with it yet.

Used both of them. Stuffit works 100% and The Unarchiver works 80% of the time.

Has anyone tried the Alpha of the new Unarchiver? It opens .sitx files, and encrypted RAR files.

If so, please do let us know how it works out for you.
