Click to expand... do what misterme says..... the latest version is very stable... i think it is 10.0.2... i was having the same problem and the new version fixed all crashing issues...

It either crashes or is unable to expand the archive. For those sort of occasions, I keep this as a backup. It's never once failed to extract an RAR archive that Stuffit otherwise just couldn't handle.
