stupid i know, do you recognize this program?

Ok so last night I was trying to work on customizing my iphone theme while falling asleep and I downloaded an app in cydia that I can't figure out what it's named to uninstall it, has anyone seen it before..I swear it's for an iPad lol...here are the screenshots I took of it.

So please tell me what it's call so I can get rid of it!
