Maybe this is more of a rant than anything. The guy that moved next door to me is a little weird but tollerable (so far). However, his keyboard is not. He has a Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard Model 4000, and every time he hits the space bar it sounds like someone clipping nails.

The sound of nail clipping - especially in public - huge pet pieve of mine. Any who.. anybody have any ideas on how to may be grease the skids and get rid of a clicking noise on a spacebar... at this point, I can hear it through the walls. He's got some weird thing about ergonomics, so he's not getting rid of the keyboard...

The giant spacebars (assuming it's one of those) does make large noises.

Sitting the keyboard on a damping surface will probably cut the noise more than anything else.

I miss the Apple Ergonomic keyboard... drrrKERPLUNKdrrrrrrrKERPLUNKdrrrKERPLUNK :p
