Stupid PowerPoint Templates Question

I need to make a powerpoint presentation and know how to use premade templates, but I need to make my own. Basically something that's got a logo and defines font and colors and whatnot on it, kinda like the premade ones. How do I do that? Thanks


BTW, Keynote isn't an option, so please don't tell me to use that
