Stupid Q - how to change orientation!

im going to answer you question literally even though i dont think that its exactly what you mean. to change orientation, just tilt your phone 90 degrees to the right or left.

if you are looking for the orientation lock, swipe up from the home screen and go into the control center. its in there.
