Hello everyone,
First of all I don't know if my thread is ok were it is but it involved a rMBP soo :confused:,
Ok I'm new here... I'm tring to find out if i could use my Mid-2007 Imac as a external display for my Late-2013 rMBP with the dGPU ? I'm shure the Imac is to old to work but it would be PERFECT if someone had a solution :)

The only iMacs that can be used as an external display are the versions with Thunderbolt. Your 2007 does not have thunderbolt so you are out of luck unfortunately.

The 2010 27" iMacs had target display mode input capability on the MDP output port. The 21.5" 2010 iMacs did not have that capability. I can't remember if the 2009 27" iMacs had MDP target display mode. The 2011 iMacs were the first with Thunderbolt target display mode.
