Funny. I thought I was imagining it but I do think there are some odd touch anomalies. Feels like it’s not as responsive to touch as my 13 PM was. Wonder if it’s hardware or software

Guys if this is a poor screen issue, this is very horrible. Apple charges us that much money but giving us a worse than Redmi $800 phone screen.

After some checking, the touch panel it’s self seems fine. It’s the phone it’s self that seems to miss key strokes if you type fast on a message for example. Looks like it’s a software thing. Hope they roll out a fix sooner rather than later. Texting on this thing is a nightmare right now for me

My 15 Pro touch response was a bit off Friday and yesterday but seems better today - suspect it's the indexing etc. working in the background that's hogging the processor a bit.....

It’s not the indexing as the problem is not going away even after weeks of usage. It’s missing touches on the keyboard a lot, mostly on the right side with backspace and L. But it’s also missing touches to the camera shutter button. Very annoying problem and no solution in sight. 17.1 does not seem to fix it and people have no luck with Apple genius appointments either.

Here is a video where I‘m trying to demonstrate the issue. It’s really annoying while typing but the lock screen customization works well to visualize it. I was hoping iOS 17.1 fixes this but no luck so far with the current public beta.
