Resolved Style Unlock - help!! I'm locked out of my phone :-(

I installed the Style Unlock tweak,... stupidly enabled the option that says something like "disable the use of slide knob to unlock phone" and then the phone locked itself.

Now I can't unlock it because of the option I had enabled - how embarrassing

Can anyone offer any advice, please ?

It was the middle option I switched.

The top option I did not touch.
The bottom option I did not touch.

Double tab the home button and see if you have an App in the tray. Select it to open the app, then press the home button to get to the home screen. Then you can go to Cydia and deselect the package.

Double tapped to get the camera app, when that launched I hit the home button, which then prompted me for my passcode, which let me in.
