Stylus that requires little pressure to work?

I've owned several styluses over the years and they've all had the same problem - I need to press very hard for them to actually connect with the screen and work as well as my finger does. With my finger, I barely have to touch the screen at all.

Are there any that require little to no pressure to work as well as my own finger?
