Suave icon change

Hi there im new to changing the icons of the suave HD theme and im just looking for some clarification as how to do it.

from what i believe you have to ssh into the stash/theme/ and change the icons which i already have.

if for a certain app there isnt a folder in the bundles for it how do i find out the cfbundle identifier to add a folder ?

eg. if i wanted to add a different icon for the tweetbot app. at the moment there isnt a tweetbot folder in the bundles one

so what would the folder need to be name ? com.apple.tweetbot ?

any info would be great

thanks for that .... so the id of the folder is

com.tapbots.tweetbot

and the icon files it says are icon-small.png | icon-small@2x.png | appicon.png | appicon@2x.png

so if i create a folder in /private/var/stash/themes/suavehd/bundles

and call is com.tapbots.tweetbot

how many files do i need in there its just the one icon :S
