Subler No Audio on Big Files...

New issue is now that when I optimize a multitrack m4v file it goes over 4GB and I get no audio at the end of the file. I tried playing with quicktime and VLC same issue. one track plays fine, the other track cuts out.

I tries using "save as" and both 64bit check marks, but it still cuts out. Any other work arounds?
 
Just an update, it was Subler optimizing the larger than 4gb files that broke the files. I recompiled and got a 4.16GB file to work.
