Is there a way to convert MP4 AAC 5.1 movies to AC3 5.1 with Subler? My Yamaha Dolby Digital receiver can't decode AAC 5.1 when I'm playing movies through an Apple TV 3.

I have used MP4Tools for this kind of thing. It can create a new container and add a new audio track keeping the original audio with not video transcoding. I think I've described that right! (http://www.emmgunn.com/mp4tools-home/)

Thanks for the quick reply but Im looking for settings within the Subler app. I use Avidemux as a "third" party app if i need to re-encode audio or video.

I do not see any setting in Subler, that would re-encode AAC track into anything else but AAC.
