subliminal recordings

I want to make subliminal recordings. I've done some research but it's mostly programs for PC.

Can I make subliminal recordings on a Mac?

Thanks that sound great. I'm in garageband now,but I don't know how to make a subliminal recording.


Do you or anybody knowhow to go about it?

I'm not real familiar with this, but I've read that all these subliminal packages are doing is to simply add the subliminal message audio track at a lower volume than your background track. That sounds like it should be easily accomplished with garage band.
