I have developed hybrid app that is native + web app . at the web app my project uses google local search as well as map api .

Now project is ready and this is my first project for iphone

So i want to know can I put any charge or i have to set price to Zero (since i
am using google api )

if i can charge then will i have to contribute charge to google or what ?????

There are a lot of paid apps that leverage google services. Just put a mention in your description, especially since Internet will be required.
