Hi,
I am having a slight problem adding a public Google calendar to my iCal.

Basically, I initially tried adding the Gmail account to my account, but it only displays my calendar and not the public calendar I have subscribed to. Then, I went back to the link I was sent, and found that I can simply export the Google Calendar in iCal format, however this calendar will be periodically updated and I need to stay subscribed and if I am not mistaken then if I export it, it won't updated automatically.

Ps I am on Mountain Lion, if that changes anything

Make sure that the added cal is active in iCal by clicking the calendar button top left corner and selecting it

Figure it out on my own.. Turns out, when you add your gmail account to your iCal, you need to go to the settings of iCal and then accounts. Select your Gmail account and then under "Delegations" select the other calendar. (You might need to wait a second for the other calendars to show up under delegations)
