I want to cancel couple of software subscriptions and whenever i click on "Manage Subscriptions" > "Edit", the page doesn't load and all i see is blank dialog box. I have already tried logging out and logging back in via apple id (icloud id) but it didn't make any difference. Any suggestions

I just tested the "Manage Subscriptions" from my account in the Mac App Store and it's working.
Do you have more than one Apple ID? If you have multiple Apple IDs, you'll need to sign in to the account with the Apple ID that you subscribed to the software with.
